A Real Chinese Teahouse in Sydney

Friends always complain that it's so hard to find a real teahouse in Sydney, here it comes, let me introduce you ZENSATION, located at 656 Bourke Street, Redern, Cnr. of Cleveland St, Surry Hills. I love it. I took the photos by iphone, it's not so clear, will shoot some clear photos next time. The owner there knows a lot about tea. You can spend the whole afternoon there, have some tea, play with their cute puppy, or play Chinese Chess........a very good experience, I will definitely visit it again......

Beautiful tea infuser, designed by Pablo Matteoda from Argentina, promises to spice up your morning tea preparation.

INFUSION means to extract certain properties from soluble ingredient such as tea leaves, herbs or fruit by soaking them in the water. So we can say that infuser is in charge of making this happen.

Teatime Stories from "All About Tea"

Silence

"Why did you speak?" scolded the eldest monk. "We are on a silent retreat!"
"Why are you talking instead of keeping your mouth shut, like we are supposed to?!" shouted the third monk in indignation.
"I am the only one who hasn't said anything!" declared the fourth monk, greatly pleased with himself.
